Between the Sky and Earth with Totems in Blue Between the Sky and Earth is a visual essay exploring the space where transformation begins. Inspired by the evolving concept for a public sculpture envisioned for Sylvan Lake, the work reduces the bird to its essential form, a symbol of possibility, perspective, and becoming.
Within Urban Tribalism, the space between earth and sky is where cultures meet, ideas evolve, and relationships take shape. The work invites us to consider that our greatest freedom lies not in escaping the world below but in discovering our place between the Sky and Earth.
Totems in Blue Totems in Blue is a visual essay exploring the symbols we inherit, the stories we carry, and the identities we create. Through layered imagery and contemporary visual language, the work invites viewers to discover their own connections between culture, memory, and place.
